About Scott Warner
Scott entered the real estate business in 1979 and earned his California real estate brokers license in 1981. Over the last 26 years, he has been involved in the marketing and sales of single-family and multi-family residential real estate, the syndication and marketing of apartment complexes, IRS Section 1031 exchanges, and commercial office leasing.
Scott holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, is a Certified Finance Specialist (CFS) and holds the e-PRO Internet Certification awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®. He also holds the Certified Mortgage Professional (CMP) designation from the National Association of Mortgage Counselors.
Scott works with both sellers and buyers, and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. Scott is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Graeagle Community Church.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Scott was a Silicon Valley engineer
and marketing executive. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees
in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing
in Marketing and Finance. He is the founder of American Executive Centers, Inc.,
with office business centers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
